How to unlock the Ball Blitz achievement in Kinect Sports:
Ball Blitz: Score 350 or more in the Pin Rush Bowling mini-game (25G)
Choose Pin Rush from the mini-game menu and prepare your arms for the pain that's about to come. The windmill technique is favoured here -- rotate your arms simultaneously in a windmill type fashion and keep racking up those bonus seconds.
